Varney Manufacturing, Inc. specializes in manufacturing and assembly of precision parts for Commercial and Aerospace Customers. We are a contract machine shop that was established in 2003. 

We have two fully equipped machine shops with the ability to run lot sizes from twenty-five pieces to thousands of pieces.  Our shops include vertical and horizontal mills, where we have invested in automated equipment, such as FMS Systems, to promote lean manufacturing and precise machining.

Our quality department is equipped with precision measuring equipment including two CMMs, to insure our customers receive quality products built to their specification.

Our Quality Management System provides structure for consistent results and was written to the requirements specified in AS9100:2016. The context of our organization begins with customer satisfaction as our strategic direction. Our purpose is to specialize in the manufacturing of high quality product from raw material.
