Capabilities
We have two fully equipped machine shops, a production shop and a short run / prototype shop.
Our production shop has the ability to run lot sizes from twenty-five pieces to thousands of pieces. The shop includes vertical and horizontal mills along with a two-machine, 30-pallet, FMS System with 25,000 RPM spindles. We have 2, 3, and 4 axis lathes, some with sub spindles and live tooling.
The short run / prototype shop includes design, CAD drawings, part modeling, prototyping, first article approval and the ability to move straight into production.
Each shop is supported by their own inspection room, both rooms are equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machines, completely programmable providing speed and repeatability for both production and short run / prototype parts.
